English
Study English Language and English Literature at GCSE, A-Level and undergraduate level, including essay writing, textual analysis, poetry, prose and drama. Lessons help students strengthen analytical writing, improve essay structure and develop a deeper understanding of texts. Support is tailored to the student’s course, assignments and academic goals.
English as a Foreign Language
Prepare for all four parts of the International English Language Testing System: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Lessons help students improve grammar, vocabulary, fluency, academic writing and examination technique, with each session tailored to their target band. Tuition is available from age 11, with many students achieving Band 6.5 or Band 7.
